All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange or credit, for items damaged in transit.
Credit and Exchanges
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the package at dnelson@BoxStoreReturns.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us at your cost.
Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will provide a credit for the full purchase price of your item. Credit can be used for future purchases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
